Unauthorized Monthly deductions once you capture your banking details on their website/App

Booked a flight in October 2025 to Zimbabwe for the first time on eDreams and started getting deductions monthly on my account which I was not aware of the reasons the deductions were made. I contacted them and they said I signed up for some membership which makes me get discounts on any booking i do with them, Yet I have never seen such signing up. Why would one wanna pay monthly subscriptions for discounts. what is a discount. this People are pure ****mers and should be investigated by NCR. R229 a month will be deducted if you book your flight with this people, I advice everyone to never ever use this eDreams company as they are ****mers.
