Paid for a holiday booking and when I went to the Apartment, the owner knew nothing about the his apartment being advertised for bookings and he never got any monies from the Company. The phone numbers of the said to be "the owners" that were sent after the booking confirmation was some random guy who knows nothing about the apartment . I phoned the company and an AI representative is used to take complaints and my money gone. I was told to wait for 24hrs and after 24hrs of no response from them I called again only to be told to wait for 72 hrs. Coming from Mpumalanga to Cape town for a Holiday that turned out to be a mess, I had to pay the Uber driver R1500 just to drive us around looking for a place to sleep for that night and in the morning book for a flight back to Johannesburg.
