**** - no way to cancel membership! No email and no human agents answering phones...l, no hum

I purchased a cheap plane ticket using a free two week window on EDreamsPrime. Cancellation is free in the two week window, and after that you automatically enter into a 12 month contract @ R229/month. Using the card details you used to make the cheap purchase... And then you get the surprize. You cannot cancel! The ONLY WAY to cancel is telephonically. The friendly voice of a chatbot acknowledges that you need to speak to a human, and then transfer you to a line that just never get answered. You are treated to ads of the wonderful benefits you get from EDreamsPrime, but never reach the elusive human who could cancel your membership. Oops... R229 each month for the next 12 months? If you are lucky you reach someone who could help you cancel in that time - otherwise it renews for another 12 months...
