DO NOT USE OR BOOK ANY FLIGHTS, CAR RENTAL OR ACCOMMODATION IF YOU SEE THE WORDS "EDREAMS PRIME". Edreams Prime has *****ulently ******* me into subscribing for a 1 year "membership" which I was totally unaware of. I went onto the internet to book a cheap flight, the next thing I knew, R229 was debited off my account. When I called (which was clearly an international call center) I was told that by selecting a discount price I was automatically subscribing to a years membership. HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL? How are these people still allowed to operate? The lady at the call center told me I recieved an email, I received many emails from them confirming my flight and do not always scroll through each email because flight information is repeated. On one email, after listing a whole lot of advertising material, it says way down at the bottom that I have subscribed. She then said the email states I can cancel the "free trail" within a certain number of days. There was nothing in the email stating that. Now I am FORCED to pay this fee for a year for a "service" I do not need or want and an extra expense I cannot really afford. These people need to be STOPPED. I spent 50 min on the phone just to be told I have no way out of this. How can they be allowed to debit an account without me CLEARLY giving them permission to or signing or verbally allowing this via a phone call?????? VERY WORRYING AND DISGUSTING HOW HUMAN BEINGS ARE NOT HUMANE ANYMORE BUT HAVE TURNED INTO ANIMALS . HOW DO WE STOP THIS COMPANY FROM EXTORING MONEY FROM THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE please?
