Make you a member without your consent

I made a keep ticket on a free trail. I never made a final booking. Then they make me a member and subtract monthly subscridtion without my consent. I did stop my credit card but some or other way they keep on subtracting the monthly membership fee Canseld the membership now after struggel and will see if it will stop
