Impossible to cancel subscription

I signed up to EDreams, but after not using it for a while, I tried to cancel. I managed to get hold of a Cape Town number and spoke to a friendly consultant, who promised me that the subscription would be cancelled at the end of Feb. However, my account is still being debited. The Cape Town number now has a man's voice asking to leave a message (which I did 3 days in a row) and now the mailbox is full!
