I want my money back and the cancellation of edreams membership thing

I am just mad at edreams, I booked my flight for the first time in their portal in June and in July month end I see a debit order of R229 of membership. I call them to say I won’t be booking any flight soon and I am not aware of this membership. They say to me it was sent via email and you did not cancel within 10 days , I tell them I was not able to access my email and I was not aware of your membership thing can I now cancel, they say I can only cancel next year in June. Hello Peter please help me I can not pay for something I will not be using and I can’t even afford it. I need that money more than they could think for my kids.
