I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. My name is Mesuli Asanda Zethembiso, and I booked a flight on March 27, 2026, through your website. Since then, I have encountered an issue with a subscription that was automatically added to my account, resulting in monthly deductions from my card without my consent, ranging from R350 to R500. Despite changing my card details and attempting to cancel the subscription through your website, the deductions continue. I kindly request a full refund of all the amounts deducted from my account.
