eDreams taking our money

I booked a flight in Dec 2024 through eDreams. On the 8th of June 2025 they deducted an amount of R1299 from my bank account. I phoned them and they said I subscribed to a one-year membership when booking my flight. I don't have an idea where I subscribed. Where can we stop these people............
