Edreams prime is a huge ****

I booked a flight using this company, firstly they overcharged me on my flight ticket but didn't notice at the time, now they have deducted money without my permission on my account saying it's for membership which I did not subscribe to be a member then I had to close my banking online purchase limit. Now I'm constantly receiving notifications that o didn't pay the membership which is a **** as o have never joined. May they be recharged as their website doesn't provide the option to unsubscribe from them as they say and there's no contact details for them like emails as their landline is not answered aswell . Please help me track these ******* as they are trending on Facebook for the exact ******* deduction
