eDreams Prime international ****

Every montg eDreams Prime deducts R230 from my account. When Im on their site to make flight bookings I never get discounts. When I try to cancel it's like my membership does not exist. When I call, the calls drop. **** with no option to cancel my bank has advised I cancel my card and issue a new one.
