Read the fine print carefully when making any travel bookings with this company. They provide you with their policies, but it is important to note that the discounted flights they offer come with a 12-month membership that can't be cancelled after you have made your booking.

I did not read the section where you need to sign up with them for 12 months to get the discounted flights. I am now stuck with a 12-month subscription that they won't cancel, costing R229 per month. You will have to cancel a month before it ends, otherwise it renews annually automatically.

NEVER make any bookings with eDreams! Bogus company, not worth the trouble. Their so called prime support line is non-existant. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes, even though they promise to answer within 120 seconds. Arti, the virtual assistant keeps repeating the same things over. I am blocking them at my bank.
