eDreams is borderline *****ulent!!

eDreams Prime is borderline *****ulent. They have so many hidden processes and to cancel the Prime subscription feels impossible. Let me describe this for you:

You call them - surprise, surprise - no one answers and now they're "experiencing high call volumes blah blah blah" and you just end up listening to their automated incessant advertising rambling on and on. You hunt through their website and honestly, you feel gaslit the entire time you're on there trying to cancel this f#%$&ng membership. Unless you are traveling at least every fortnight, this is an unbelievable waste of money.

I am disgusted that I have to even click 1 star to rate them.
