edreams complaint

Purchased a flight with edreams , then was unknowingly pd for a subscription for R195 17/9 sent email requesting to be credit and to stop ,lead to believe it was per annum. Then get charged again on cr card 16/10 R195 . Phone a edreams in CT . Still the promise R450 and R1500 off next flight . The sub scription has been cancelled today. But refuse to cr the 2x R195
