eDream Prime: A **** Disguised as a Subscription

I have never been so frustrated with a company. eDreams Prime is predatory. They signed me up for a subscription I never authorized, and they have made it impossible to cancel.

To cancel, you have to call a number using your own airtime (which is expensive), and the customer service agent I got was unprofessional and based overseas. He had no interest in helping me.

I was so desperate to stop the charges that I cancelled my bank card. But even that didn't stop them! They are still debiting my account. When I spoke to my bank, they told me the only way to get rid of eDreams is to close my current bank account entirely and open a brand new one. This is the most extreme measure a bank can offer, and I have to do it all because of this one company. Their attitude is that my money belongs to them, regardless of what I want.

I am absolutely furious with this organization and would urge everyone to avoid them at all costs.
