Cancel Prime & refund

I never agreed to any subscription. I do not know the subscription amount because it was not clearly disclosed at checkout. Please provide the full breakdown of what you charged me for Prime, and refund it in full. I have cancelled Prime yesterday. My bank transaction shows R3686 total on, while the airline fare is R757 each x 3 just explain to me how I was charged R3686 for 3 tickets advertised at R757 each (R2271). I did NOT consent to eDreams Prime. Please cancel my Prime membership immediately and refund the Prime fee of approx R1415. My flights are this Sunday 20 Sept and must remain active. I will escalate this matter further if not refunded within 24h.
