****mers *****ulent: I made a booking and it was double booked. I have been going back and forth with them and the airline. The airline confirmed that payment was made on July 30. I called to inform eDreams and they said I need proof from airline I called airline on two consecutive days as the first proof eDreams said it’s not relevant enough so they sent another proof i attached and sent on the 4th of August. The person I spoke to said it’s okay I should expect money in my account after 7-10 working days. I decided to call again 20/08/2026 I spoke to a lady by the name of Minah and she says airline only sent back r600 where as the proof i have from the airline the one I submitted showed R1018,66 . The R600 is the money I am expecting as my flight was R684,66. The airline says they made payment on the 30th July the lady from eDreams says the payment that shows on their side is 32,70 Uero on the 13 Aug
