Worst website to make bookings ever!!!

I booked a ticket on the 24th of march (3:35pm) for the 24th of march (6:30pm) with SAA via edreams and they booked me on the 24th of march (4:30pm) with kulula which i couldnt make because there was not enough time. Now they do not want to refund me my money and i am being messed around and pushed around from airline to airline and between edreams and travel fusion. They made a damn stupid mistake and now they expect me to pay for it, that is totally unacceptable. I want my refund in full and not a percentage of it or i will be taking this further with my lawyers.
