Do not use edreams. They will refuse to give you a refund, for your flight and will state the plane used is a budget airline therefore no refund. The airline does not inform you of this during purchase, there is no transparency. There is basically no customer service, a chat box is used with no human interaction it is difficult to get the assistance you need.
