WORST SITE TO USE TO BOOK TICKETS

Worst ever site to use! Do not allow input of full names, and then refuse to assist with name change. Excuses vary from too close to departure, and it takes 72 hours. This is not even displayed on any part of website or booking cofnirmation but that excuse is easily thrown out there to your face. Kept on being referred to airline who refer me back to eDreams. when asked that eDreams speak directly to airlines, they refuse and start again with apologies and excuses. First time user, definitely last time user.
