Worst service I have ever experienced - rather use flight center

I would like you to know who I am, I'm sure my reference number will be enough for investigation. Ref: *******317 To start with I have waisted enough airtime on this useless company 1 hour 40 min, not even to start with my time that they are wasting with all there robot chats, non of the agents can come back with an answer. I was told I'll get my refund in a few minutes, about 8 hours ago. I told them this is a urgent matter, I need to be with my family. I need to leave Saturday morning, I don't have the money to buy another ticket and wait for them to realize they want to release my money now. I must say you have definitely managed to make me go this far. Total useless, and terrible thing you have running. You are so fast to take the money but have long stories and 100 steps to get it back to assist with the refund, even after I suggested the option / solution to send a cancelation email so my bank can assist us to reverse the money.. In my life I will never recommend them to anyone out there, you will never get there, worst customer support. You will only have a Robot replying the same sentence the whole day..
