Worst Ever!

Worst Booking agent in the whole world!!! made a booking for April 2020 and still waiting for my refund ever since, cant get ahold of this people they only send an email requiring my IBAN number which i dont have coz we dont use IAN in SA. Feel like giving up on my hard earned money, I will never in my life book or recomend Edreams .
