Worst booking agent ever, STAY AWAY

Terrible experience after airline cancelled flights, been waiting for over a year for a refund, impossible to speak to a person, all idiotic automated bots and call-bots trying to assist but getting nowhere, worst experience with a company EVER. DO NOT USE!
