Worse service and ******

I bought a flight ticket in March from PE to Joburg,Every month I'm being charged R195.00 which I don't understand what it's for.

On their website that say membership is charged once a year but they deduct every month,this needs to stop as they don't have contact numbers but email,I am soad right now!
