Will never recommend this company

Had to very quickly book my mother a flight a few weeks ago just to now get a charge from this company. Upon going to cancel what they say is my subscription I find out I am now liable to pay a monthly fee for the next year. This is rediculous as it had not even been a month since the flight was book. Above and beyond that they have false advertising stating all costs are covered yet I paid over R1000 for her bags at the airport. Disgusted
