Was anyone else ****med by eDreams?

eDreams charged me twice for a booking. They cancelled the first booking, promised not to charged the amount made a 2nd booking and charged me for both. They cancelled the first booking but still charged me. It is so difficult to get hold of them. If u do on messenger they insist that it is a mistake from my bank and refuse to refund me. I get no assistance from them.
