Waiting 4 months for a refund from E dreams

I booked a flight on 21 june for a 3pm flight and ended up missing the flight because I was told by this **** company e dreams tht SA air link could not confirm my fligt. Funds were already deducted from my accouint and they still refused to book me a flight for another time. I had to pay twice for the same flight and have been waiting for a refund since then. Today is the 4th of september. It looks like this company is not even In south Africa & there is something skecthy about it. The company claims to be registered in spain but the website says that the registered address is not for walk ins. They claim to be operating in 4o countries but have the customer service of a back door alley way business. The company call center goes through to an indian call center where the people can barely hear or respond in english. I have called my bank to reverse the funds so long and they are looking into it. I will also be starting a facebook page for victims to this company. I saw on here that someone has been waiting for a refund for 1 year and that is absolutely ridiculous.
