Useless service, unhelpful and unfriendly

From the get go, we have had massive issues with this agency. We booked on Skyscanner and they agent was eDreams. They gave us no option to add luggage or seats. When we finally got hold of them on their 24 hour line about 2 hours later they said they couldn't help and that we needed to pay for it at boarding. Now our visas have been pending 9 weeks and our flights are tomorrow night and we have been trying to reach them since 12pm to rebook. We are going to lose our flight because they cannot answer the phone and their chatbot is as useless as they come. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE LOST R20000 already because we cannot change our flight.
