Useless eDreams has Been a Nightmare!

I have been trying to contact edreams since last week regarding my flight booking, which has been impacted by Covid 19. I have been calling since last week, to no avail. Some of the people I have been speaking to are irate, rude and completely unhelpful. I want a refund as a matter of urgency, which will allow me to make alternative arrangements for my departure. I have spent a considerable amount of time, energy and resources to resolve this. These people don't seem to care about people. They only seem to want to hold onto my money. I have spent more than an hour holding, waiting to be 'transferred to some or other individual. The company needs to be investigated by the regulator for their conduct, which has the potential to leave people in dangerous situations. There is nothing wrong in shutting the business down if they don't have the aptitude or capacity to run it professionally and ethically. This agency is useless.
