Useless call centre eDreams.co.za and no email address!!!!

I have been on hold with no answer to this company for over an hour and still no one has answered my call.

I made an online flight booking with Kulula but somehow this booking agency was involved. All I want to do is change a name on the booking and have been on hold for over an hour now. I dont have the time airtime or nerves for this!!!!!!
