Useless bunch - avoid like the plague

My flight on 14 June 2020 and paid for in August 2019 was cancelled. I have been trying ever since to get a refund. this is my latest communication with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.

It has now been a week since you told me that you would resolve the non-payment of my refund within a few days. How much longer do I need to wait?

My bank is not mandated to make contact with you on my behalf. You need to make contact with them to resolve the issue that the refund that you claim was made on 4 August has not been received by the bank.
