Unwarranted cancellation of an approved booking!

I booked tickets for my partner and I via the eDreams portal. The transaction was processed and successfully booked. I received an e-ticket number from Qatar Airlines as well as booking confirmation. Hours later, the booking was cancelled and withdrawn. I was advised to make contact with the company to resolve the matter and attempts to resolve it were unsuccessful. I spoke to numerous call centre agents. These agents refused to provide me with a reference number for the call, connect me to a supervisor or provide me with details to their legal team. Two agents informed me that they have no legal team at all. They acknowledged on call that it was false advertising on their part and further acknowledged that no where in the Terms and conditions does it enable the company to cancel the bookings when I have fulfilled all on my part. I’ve spoken to an agent Saksha Verma and was last informed she will provide feedback in writing. To date I have not received any feedback. To date I am still trying to have my booking honoured. I have now consulted an attorney and will be proceeding via the legal route to resolve this. My only request is that eDreams re-instates my booking to avoid any ripple effects in accommodation bookings. Should anyone have any information that could put me in direct contact with the eDreams legal department it would be highly appreciated.
