Unpleasant service

Terrible service,i booked a flexible flight for 8h20 on 25/08/2026 and my flight was changed to 16h55 without my concern,further more upon my arrival at the airport at 16h10 i was told i am late and i had to pay 4000 for penalties amd my flight was changed again to 00h10 and i did not receive any notification on my phone as charged and advertised.
