Unpaid refund

Good day Kindly note that I made a booking on the 11th April 2021 with mentioned agency with the following travel details Date: 30th April 2021 11:20 - OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) Johannesburg - South Africa 12:55 - East London Airport (ELS) East London - South Africa Ref: ******8480 Then on the 26th April made a cancelation and it was accepted the they promised to refund however it might take between 3-6months due to high volume of cancelations. I made several follow-ups via phone and emails to date I haven’t received my money
