Unauthorized Subscription

I had a very frustrating experience with eDreams charging my account without prior communication or authorisation. I booked a flight through their platform and at no point did I knowingly subscribe to a membership or recurring service. I was automatically enrolled in their Prime subscription without my consent.

It proved to be impossible to unsubscribe through their website and their customer service is non-existent, nobody answers the phone.

I had made the booking using my bank card, I had to eventually cancel the card in order to avoid future unauthorised charges by eDreams.

Be cautious about using this company for travel bookings.
