Unauthorised debits

WARNING EDREAMS. IF you're ever thinking of booking an airticket stay clear of EDREAMS they are ****mers. There is no discount on tickets purchased you automatically get subscribed to a monthly debit of R229 per month for a year called a prime account. I have not received any emails or notification from them either explaining the subscription. Found out about this after the debit went through and told a 15 day free trial period, which coincidentally was 15th day.Immediately cancelled on 15th day but still debited each month since. Now fighting to get a refund.
