An unauthorised debit order

I booked a flight last year September and the was no agreement for any monthly deductions from my bank.

Last year November I inform them I want them to cancel whatever they did the guys who answer the phone refuse to cancel it. I need these guys to stop deducting from my bank account, And I need you guys to assist me.
