Unable to cancel my subscription

I booked a flight on their website now they are deducting R229 from my account every month. I tried to cancelled my subscription on the website but it's saying I can only cancel after year. I have been holding on the line for over an hour! I want it to be cancelled immediately and they must stop taking money from my account!!!!!!
