I made a flight booking under Cheapflights.co.za(which i always use) then all of a sudden i get a deduction of R195 for "membership" which i did not even agree to. I call their CPT call center and ask what happened, Janet(who was very rude) assisted me and couldn't assist me and says she doesn't have a surname. I was on hold for 10mins waiting to speak to a Osama who is a supervisor but no success. Utter nonsense company and service is ridiculous. Be very careful when making bookings on Cheapflights and dont be another victim
