Took my money and then could not book me tickets???Waiting for refund

I purchased 4xairplane tickets from, the payment was succesfully deducted from my account BUT I never recieved any confirmation on tickets or any tickets?!?!?

So you basically took R10 000 of my money without giving me any tickets?????

After trying numerous times I finally got to speak to someone who apologised and said it was an system error.

I wasted more of my time and money the past few days following up only to hear my R10 000 will be paid back within 10 working days...because everyone just has money lying around?

Now awaiting refund...still waiting...how can you operate like this.?
