This must be the worst travel company to deal with.

I there where zero stars that is what I would rate it. I have waited for over a year to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled. It had been cancelled the year before that and I couldn't get a refund, I contacted Emirates and they said the edreams had not asked for the refund, so I re-booked but the second flight was also cancelled. Not a happy camper.
