I booked my flight with edreams and I paid immediately, however I didn't get the confirmation of my flight ticket...until the day of the flight I had to rebook again

I contacted them and they said they will refund me within 72hrs hours until today I have not received my money...

I tried calling them this morning and I have been holding the line for more than an hour.
