THEIVES!!!

Good day, I had a TERRIBLE experience with your agency!!! My partner got to the airport after booking a flight with you on FRIDAY, yet the flight agency could not pick up his booking at all! He was stuck at the airport for 3 hours and had to book another ticket directly with fly-safair. Till date we have had no communication from you whatsoever!!! We paid R3031.00 for the tickets and till date there had been NO COMMUNICATION!!!!! This is shocking! Fly-safair even said it’s a terrible struggle to get hold of edreams! We made a mistake on the mail address and left out a letter, now we have not received any communication and canot get hold of you at all – I don’t even have a reference number!!!! I have submitted a request with my bank to reverse the debit order – this will take 21 days!!! You have cost us a lot of inconvenience!! Financially we are not the position to wait for R3000!! You are taking food from our table this month!! We had to cough up another R3000 to book new flight!! Please respond asap and let me know how this can be resolved!!!! I have seen several complaint on Hello Peter where client other clients experienced the same! This is unacceptable!!!!
