theives ate dreams

I booked a flight with edreams 25 June 2024. on 25 July 2024 R1300 was deducted from my account without my knowledge, i phoned edreams and i was told that it was for a R900 discount they gave me for my flight. i told the gentleman that they should refund my funds back and he said the money is non-refundable. this is daylight ******* and is unacceptable.
