Theft

I baught a ticket online with cheapflights through edreams, it was accepted and when i wanted to fly flysafair said the flight is fully booked and i dont have a seat on the flight, i had to buy another ticket at safair ticket counter as they said that edreams is a outside company. Never took that flight as flight was fully booked and they dont see my flight on ref number given, now edreams wont pay me back my money.
