Terrible , useless company

Absolutely terrible service, i have made many bookings with you guys but the last one was the LAST!! I tried to get ahold of customer service lines you stay on hold for so long only to get the response my team is looking into it and we will get back to you in 24hrs , 48, 72 hrs go by no response. I had to keep chasing you guys for an answer and only to be left with false promises. Such an easy thing could not be changed a spelling error on a name by one letter. I was waiting weeks it's finally a day before travel that ticket is now not valid so what happens?? We are not travelling because of you. I want answers and I want our money back or a voucher theres no way we're losing that money over your companys mistake by not being able to do their jobs and lying to us.
