TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK FLIGHTS: 1) Charged my credit card but I have been waiting for 4 hours for my return flight confirmation. My departure flight was confirmed instantly but as mentioned previously my return has not been. 2) APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE CALL CENTER. It took forever to get through, when I do the agent's - named Savy - English was sub-standard, he spoke over me and was incredibly condescending, when I asked to speak to the manager he said no - I asked several times and he kept saying no. 3) When I asked 'Savy' if I could cancel my ticket that was not confirmed/ being processed still and get a refund he said I had to wait 24 hours and then call back. Apparently, if the flight is eventually confirmed I will not receive my money back. In the interim I had to purchase another return ticket through the airline itself - due to very limited seats and the fear that my return flight would not be confirmed. 4) When I asked how to process my refund request I was told to phone back tomorrow. How frikken helpful.
