Absolutely disgusted that they just help themselves to funding out of my account for a prime membership that I did not agree to.

You may choose to report the transaction to the bank, which I've done, only to be told that there will be a charge which I'm liable for. How interesting, firstly you get ****med by your disgusting staff and secondly I have to pay for the recovery of my funds. DISGUSTING!!!!
