Support for eDreams Prime members

They deducted the R1299 which I did not give consent too. I was so disappointed with them.I called them they said they don't make refunds and that they will send me R900 voucher for the next time I purchase a ticket.I have not received that either.i will not recommend them to anyone not even my worse enemy
