Still waiting for our refund

Still waiting for my daughters flight refund which was cancelled last year by Lufthansa. (Booking ***). Lufthansa confirmed that this refund has been paid back to edreams, but we are still waiting for the refund from edreams. No contact number on their website. Self help option does not show when we will be refunded.
